7. Payments and Refunds

• Payments for coaching are processed via third-party platforms or direct invoicing for tailored services.

• All monies or fees due in consideration for the services rendered by the Company of whatsoever nature, rendered in conjunction with completing the services will be settled before the commencement of any services. Users agree that any failure to make payment for the services as stated, will be seen as a valid cause for cessation of the services.

• We offer a 30-day refund policy for coaching services, subject to written requests by users.

• Ghostwriting and other custom services are governed by separate contracts that are shared with relevant users. 

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations.

• Use the website for fraudulent purposes.

• Attempt to harm, disrupt, or exploit our systems.

9. User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login details.

• Accept our right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Any claim relating to the Company’s website shall be governed by the laws of the Company Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
